This practice is rooted in:
๐ธ Neurodivergent-affirming care
๐ฑ Consent-based, collaborative therapy
๐ Sensory awareness and curiosity over pathologizing
I bring warmth, creativity, and lived experience to every session.
This is your space to slow down, feel seen, and take a breath โ
without shame, pressure, or pretending to be someone you're not.
โค๏ธ My Approach
Hi, Iโm Traci Regis โ a licensed professional counselor and a neurodivergent human.
I am a late diagnosed AuDHD therapist, specializing in helping others who are diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, or any other neurodivergent trait. Iโm also a mom to two neurodivergent kids, and Iโve spent years navigating school systems, county services, and the emotional load that comes with caring deeply โ at home, at work, and in the world.
So when I say โI get it,โ I truly mean it.
The overwhelm. The overstimulation. The exhaustion that comes from trying to hold it all together.
You donโt have to do that here.
๐ง Who I Work With
