This practice is rooted in:
πΈ Neurodivergent-affirming care
π± Consent-based, collaborative therapy
π Sensory awareness and curiosity over pathologizing
I bring warmth, creativity, and lived experience to every session.
This is your space to slow down, feel seen, and take a breath β
without shame, pressure, or pretending to be someone you're not.
β€οΈ My Approach
Hi, Iβm Traci Regis β a licensed professional counselor and a neurodivergent human.
I live with ADHD, the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait, and autism. Iβm also a mom to two neurodivergent kids, and Iβve spent years navigating school systems, county services, and the emotional load that comes with caring deeply β at home, at work, and in the world.
So when I say βI get it,β I truly mean it.
The overwhelm. The overstimulation. The exhaustion that comes from trying to hold it all together.
You donβt have to do that here.
